HOW TO HIRE

 Villa Event Hire is a DIY wedding and event hire company based in the southside of Brisbane, Queensland.

 

STEP 1: Browse items in our 'For Hire' catalogue. You can get more information including hire cost by hovering your mouse pointer over the images. If you want to zoom in on an image for a closer look, simply click on it.

 

STEP 2: When you have found the items you'd like to hire, simply fill out the Request a Booking form. Once we have received your request we'll check availability and contact you to confirm your booking. Note your booking is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email.

 

STEP 3: Pay your deposit before your event to secure your booking. Final payment due 2 weeks prior to your event date

 

STEP 4: Your hire items can either be pickup up or can be delivered the day before the event or as per arranged. Delivery charges apply.

 

STEP 5: Drop back the items the day after your event or as per arranged. Delivery charges apply for pickup.
